About us
FROM EQUIPMENT TO END PARTS — ONE TEAM, ONE SOLUTION
Company Overview
INONE is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of metal 3D printing equipment, alongside professional metal 3D printing services. We also offer a full range of 3D printing systems developed by our parent company, giving customers access to a complete additive manufacturing ecosystem spanning equipment, materials, and production services. Our parent company was established in 2015, initially focused on SLA 3D printing technology, before officially entering metal additive manufacturing in 2017 with the launch of its SLM 3D printer production line — a milestone that laid the foundation for INONE’s current metal 3D printing capabilities. Our core technical team originates from South China University of Technology, currently comprising five professors and associate professors, one high-level overseas expert, two postdoctoral researchers, and more than forty PhD and Master’s degree holders, representing one of the leading research teams in China’s additive manufacturing field. A second core R&D team comes from the University of Texas in the United States, made up of some of the earliest professionals to bring 3D printing expertise into China; in 2011, this team obtained China’s first Class II Medical Device Certification for a 3D-printed product, and has since delivered comprehensive technical solutions across the aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and tooling industries. By 2025, the group has grown to encompass over 50 subsidiaries — including wholly-owned and independently operated companies — and 19 production bases nationwide, with core technologies spanning SLM, SLS, SLA, WJP, FDM, and FGF, and main business lines covering 3D printing equipment, printing services, and printing materials. Guided by the mission of “Diverse Innovation, Technology-Driven Additive Manufacturing,” INONE upholds the philosophy of Excellence, Pragmatism, Innovation, and Win-Win Cooperation, striving to become a global leader in metal 3D printing solutions.
Our History
Our R&D team achieved a landmark breakthrough, obtaining China’s first Class II Medical Device Certification for a 3D-printed product. This achievement marked one of the earliest validations that additive manufacturing could meet the rigorous safety and biocompatibility standards required for medical applications in China — laying the regulatory and technical groundwork for everything that followed.
Our parent company was officially founded, entering the market with a focus on SLA (stereolithography) 3D printing technology. This early foundation in photopolymer-based printing gave our team deep, hands-on expertise in precision, resolution, and surface finish — capabilities that would later prove essential as we expanded into metal additive manufacturing.
Building on our SLA foundation, we made a decisive move into metal additive manufacturing, officially launching our SLM (Selective Laser Melting) 3D printer production line. This transition opened the door to a new class of high-strength, functional metal components — moving beyond prototyping into production-grade manufacturing for demanding industrial applications.
Across more than a decade, we’ve delivered comprehensive, industry-specific technical solutions to customers in aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and tooling. This work has been backed by two core research teams — one from South China University of Technology, comprising professors, postdoctoral researchers, and dozens of PhD and Master’s-level engineers, and another from the University of Texas, among the earliest specialists to bring 3D printing expertise into China. Together, they’ve combined academic rigor with real-world manufacturing know-how.
Growing Alongside Our Equipment Business
As our printer technology matured, we recognized that many customers needed more than equipment — they needed a partner who could turn designs into finished parts. This led us to build out a professional metal 3D printing service division, offering everything from DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feasibility assessment and rapid prototyping to full-scale production support. Today, our printing service network spans South America, Europe, Asia, and North America, with every project backed by rigorous quality control — from raw powder management and in-process monitoring to post-processing and surface passivation.
By 2025, INONE has grown into a group encompassing more than 50 subsidiaries — including wholly-owned and independently operated companies — and 19 production bases across China. Our core technology portfolio now spans six process categories: SLM, SLS, SLA, WJP, FDM, and FGF, supporting three integrated business lines: equipment manufacturing, contract printing services, and printing materials. What began as a single technology focus has evolved into a full-spectrum additive manufacturing ecosystem.
Industrial
Our metal additive manufacturing solutions are trusted across aerospace, medical, automotive, tooling, energy, and precision goods industries — delivering lightweight, high-strength, and geometrically complex parts that traditional manufacturing simply can’t achieve. From internally cooled turbine components to porous medical implants and conformal-cooled mold inserts, we help engineering teams push past the design constraints of casting, forging, and CNC machining, turning ambitious ideas into production-ready reality.
Every project is backed by in-house materials expertise and process engineering — our team works closely with customers from the earliest design stage through DFM feasibility review, material selection, and process validation, ensuring each part performs reliably under real-world operating conditions. Whether you’re optimizing an existing component or exploring a completely new design approach, we help you unlock the full performance and design potential of metal 3D printing, backed by a track record spanning multiple continents and industries.
